We offer free delivery on all orders.
Depending on the rug you have chosen the lead time to prepare your order will vary.
Made to order rugs: We have a production lead time of 2 to 4 weeks depending on the type of rug and the size you have chosen. But rest assured, we will be updating you throughout the production cycle. Once the product is ready we will use our express carrier, FedEx, to deliver your rug swiftly. Depending on where you live, packages are delivered within 5 to 10 days from the date of shipment. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the order is shipped.
One of a kind rugs: Our warehouse processes and ships all ready to go rugs Mondays to Fridays (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking number soon after. Depending on where you live, packages are delivered within 5 to 10 days from the date of shipment.
We use FedEx as our main carrier.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible with your name and the order number so we can try to make the necessary corrections to your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!
After the payment of your order, we send a confirmation email with all the details to follow the status of your order. Please make sure you add our email address “firstname.lastname@example.org” to your safe list or check your spam folder regularly. Once you have the order confirmation email, simply go to the Track My Order link on the Home Page or in the Main Menu and input your tracking number to see where your package is. If you need further assistance, we are always willing to help you.
