away from the city of Marrakech.

Zarabe rugs are made to last! All Zarabe rugs are handmade by artisans who have been making rugs for generations. We select the best artisans across Morocco and we train them to use the authentic Moroccan Berber Knot. Zarabe rugs are thoroughly tested before being shipped to ensure maximum quality. Follow our care instructions to have your rug last for decades!

You can clean the rug on a weekly basis with a canister vacuum side to side, avoiding the edges, with the beater bar on the highest setting.

To spot clean your rug, do so with warm water and just a little detergent. Wool naturally repels liquids at first contact so treat it quickly with a dry cloth and follow up with water and detergent and your rug should be fine.

Once every couple years or in case or in case of serious soiling, we recommend having your rug professionally cleaned. Look for a quality professional cleaner in your part of the world to help reinvigorate your Zarabe rug.

Our operations for now are limited to the United States, Canada, and UAE. We are actively working on adding new countries to our list. Contact us to get updates on when we will be delivering to your country.

Depending on the rug you have chosen the lead time to prepare your order will vary.

Made to order rugs: We have a production lead time of 2 to 4 weeks depending on the type of rug and the size you have chosen. But rest assured, we will be updating you throughout the production cycle. Once the product is ready we will use our express carrier, FedEx, to deliver your rug swiftly. Depending on where you live, packages are delivered within 5 to 10 days from the date of shipment. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the order is shipped.

One of a kind rugs: Our warehouse processes and ships all ready to go rugs Mondays to Fridays (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking number soon after. Depending on where you live, packages are delivered within 5 to 10 days from the date of shipment.

We use FedEx as our main carrier.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible with your name and the order number so we can try to make the necessary corrections to your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!
